Who Qualifies?
If you are:
● A resident of Hampton or Newport News at or below the household income as stated in the chart
● 18 or older
● Not eligible for Medicaid
You may be eligible for the HELP clinic.
Note: Patients who have Medicaid for medical coverage but not dental may be eligible for dental care at the clinic.
