Each dollar you donate stays in our local community. Our clinics assist uninsured residents of Hampton and Newport News. Our homeless outreach provides services to support local neighbors who are struggling with food or shelter insecurity.

Housing and Homelessness

Your donation helps homeless families, single moms, and individuals to get off the street and into our programs that help them become housed.

Healthcare for Low-Income Uninsured Residents

In 2020, HELP provided over $400,000 in direct care and connected patients to over $500,000 in specialist care and surgery.

 

Support Services for Those in Crisis

Such as: financial assistance for utilities and rent (when possible); meals; showers and laundry; access to the internet; a place to receive mail; assistance with finding resources in the community.
